What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to all countries except the United States & Russia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We currently use Royal Mail as our Delivery Partner.

At checkout, Domestic UK orders will be offered the options of '2nd Class Signed', '1st Class Signed' & 'Special Delivery by 1pm next day'.

'2nd Class Signed' has a delivery aim of 2-3 days. '1st Class Signed' has a delivery aim of 1-2 days & 'Special Delivery' is guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1pm, or your money back.

International orders will be offered the Royal Mail 'International Tracked & Signed' service, which depending on the country will take 4-10 days typically.

Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?

All orders are packed in plain steathly packaging, with no reference to the contents of the package. Even the 'Return to Sender' details on the shipping label carry our legal business name, and not the trading name vapewellness.

Do you use Environmentally Friendly packaging?

We use environmentally friendly packaging such as ColomPac pop-up climate neutral boxes, with self-seal strips, so no unwanted plastic tapes to seal the box.

All of our envelopes are very strong & durable climate neutral padded envelopes.

We also use paper void fill wherever possible and only use bubblewrap for fragile glass items when absolutely necessary.
