The Power Grinder by grinder.one is a precision-engineered innovative grinder.

We have been testing extensively for the last 6 years to ensure the PowerGrinder is as long-lasting and hard-wearing as the design intended! The design is also registered and protected.

Made from aerospace-grade aluminium and finished with an out-of-this-world smooth matte black finish, we truly put the power into your hands. 

Shredding your flower with ultimate precision using our proprietary grind surface which has been designed to help retain terpenes so you get the optimal flavour-full experience. The Power Grinder gives you the power to control the grain size, as the number of turns determines the output. 

This means less turns give you a chunkier final texture, whereas turning it more times will result in a far finer end product, but the optimal experience is just personal preference.

It is easily possible to process 2g of flower in just 4-5 twists, gently rubbing the flower or herbal material into smaller pieces that preserves the terpenes. Please see the grinder scale image for details that will help you decide the level of grind that you desire.

The design has been made to allow for the smallest amount of material to be processed in order to allow precise dosing control, additionally, there is a storage section in the top of the unit that enables you to store excess for later on.

To use the Power Grinder:

• Place your material in the base cup
• Twist the two halves to close with just a light pressure (there is no need to squish anything!)
• Then carry on turning the halves together 90 degrees in both directions following the grinder scale until you achieve your desired result
• Then simply tap out the contents & enjoy your perfect moment!

After you follow the twist-to-close motion, typically only 2-3 more turns are needed for a perfect grind.  However, if you do have a preference for finer particles, or if your flower is sticky & dense, it is a good idea to turn more (4-5+ turns).

Let’s Talk about Residue…

The Power Grinder has been designed to be more than efficient in the most rigorous, heavy use environment and has a tolerance to account for the organic material build-up.

Grinder.One advises that in normal scenarios the grind surface will need 5-7 days of 'bedding in time', this allows for the build up of organic matter to smooth the grinding action, turn 4-5 times whilst empty to smooth the inners out. 

R&D has been an enjoyable albeit rigorous procedure with daily running for 6 years, meaning a total of 21,900 cycles were undertaken without the need for any cleaning. There really is no clogging, just a smooth grinding experience- despite this we do recommend cleaning the Power Grinder with 99.99% isopropyl alcohol overnight in the freezer, but no more frequently than every 2-3 years.
